Happy Holi! Celebrating the festival of Holi in school is a longstanding tradition at Brainz. The teachers put a ‘chandan tilak’ on the students’ foreheads wishing them a happy holi. With its cooling properties the chandan tilak is considered to bring a calming effect on the students and help improve their concentration and focus as they gear up for their annual examinations!

Mayor Mock Election
A mock election for the post of Meerut’s mayor was held at school for the students of Classes 3, 4, 5 and 6. Candidates from Class 6 prepared and delivered their speeches propagating their ideas about solving the issues of the city in accordance with their Social Studies chapter on Urban Local Government.
The students outlined a number of problems that they have witnessed first hand in the city and then came up with some very innovative solutions!
A secret ballot election was then conducted and students understood not only how elections are held but the importance of casting an educated vote.

Space and rockets never cease to amaze us. Students at Brainz were excited all week long to participate in the rocket launch workshop held on the 9th and 10th of February. Every students from Class 1 onward actively participated and each student made his/her own rocket and then launched it too!

100 Days @ New Campus
The school held a joint celebration of 100 days at the new campus and children’s day on 14th November, 2017! After witnessing a show put on by the faculty, students released 100 balloons to mark the completion of 100 days at the new campus. They then participated in various games and dance activities. The students came dressed up in their finest as little ladies and gentlemen and proceeded to have a sit-down formal lunch in the bright warm sunshine!
